Change Folders

My Mail includes the Inbox, Sent, and Deleted folders. Each folder is represented in the top navigation bar at the top of the My Mail window.

Below the navigation buttons is the title of the current folder you are in, a "Delete All" option, and a results per page option.

To change folders:

1. Press the utton in the navigation bar.
2. Press the desired folder button using the navigation bar

To delete all messages and winks in a folder:

1. Change to the folder you wish to remove all messages and winks from.
2. Press the "Delete All Items" link located below the "My Mail" window navigation bar.
3. Confirm "Yes" or "No" when prompted in order to ensure you want to remove all messages and winks.

To change the result count for messages shown:

1. From the "My Mail" window press the drop down menu located below the Deleted folder button.
2. Choose between either 5, 10 or 15 results per page.
