Test

You may test the phone notification system after you phone number has been verified. A test call will make a call to the phone number you verified and play a prompt that you have requested a test call. This can be done to ensure message notification is working correctly for your account.

To test the phone notification system:

  1. Press the change system colors button from the My Account window.
  2. Press the change system colors button.
  3. Press the "Test" button.
Note: The time from when you submit a test until you receive a phone call will vary depending upon the time of day. You should receive your phone call within 5 minutes. One test call is allowed per phone number.
